Refund policy / general policy

Refunds

Refunds are not offered once payment has been sent unless I am delayed by 1–2 months beyond the agreed delivery window.

  • Under 1 month: no refund
  • 1–2 months: partial or full refund depending on progress
  • Over 2 months: full refund offered automatically

If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund regardless of timeline.

Cancellations

You may cancel before I begin working and receive a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations are not refundable unless I miss the delivery window stated above.

Revisions

Small adjustments are free. Major changes after rendering or painting begins may require an additional fee.

Communication

If you're unsure about anything (pose, style, complexity, add-ons) you're always welcome to ask before or during the commission.

Ownership

I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork I create, including 2D, 3D, and mixed-media pieces.

Personal use license (default)

The base commission price includes a personal-use license only, which allows you to display the artwork on social media, use it as a profile picture or banner, print it for personal enjoyment, and share it with proper credit. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased. Commercial rights are not included in the base price.

For merchandise, branding, paid content, or any monetized project, you must purchase a commercial license from me. Prices vary depending on usage.

AI usage – strictly prohibited

  • Upload my artwork to any AI dataset
  • Use my artwork to train, feed, or refine AI models
  • Use my artwork in AI image generators
  • Use my artwork as input for AI editing tools
  • Sell or distribute my artwork to any AI company or platform

Any attempt to use my art for AI training or dataset inclusion is a breach of contract and will result in immediate termination of the license, a permanent ban from future commissions, and potential legal action if the artwork is used commercially without permission.

Redistribution

You may not resell the artwork, claim it as your own, remove my signature or watermark, or redistribute the artwork without credit.
